Absolutely disgusted with how my poor dog was treated this morning whilst being spayed. My dog self harms which the surgery were well aware of and have treated my dog for this for some time yet my dog was left on a kennel without a cone on which I provided and has severely attacked her own face, I was taken through to the kennels and taken out of the back door to keep anyone from seeing how distressed she and I was. This is the 2nd time this has happened whilst my dog has been in there care and I will never be leaving her with them for anything again, I was told I would be contacted before she came off the operating table to pick her up to stop this from happening but this was not the case and wasn't shown an ounce of empathy or an apology for what had been caused. I am disgusted and hurt that my poor little girl has been treated like this by people who are suppose to love animals and take care of them

Great place for care to your animals very fast with emergency my dog accidentally swallowed a golf ball and was seen to very fast she had to have an operation and made a full recovery I am so pleased and grateful to all the staff and vet sergeant
