I booked my flights and Hotel to Oman (Muscat) at this office - and they were super nice to me. I was in a big rush and the Lady who helped me was being as quick as possible while still remaining friendly. She warned me on a few details I needed to know about the airline I choose and her tips were very good (I bought extra sandwiches before I flew). Would definitely recommend this branch, I called at 3am and the team at Royal Travel was really helpful, and resent the emails that I needed, which I accidentally deleted.
