I had really bad experience there, they are thieves. I exchanged my euros against pounds 23/08/18 afternoon and the guy changing me money tried to steal me pounds. Fortunately I re-counted what he given me to be sure and it was missing quite a bit. When I told him I think it is missing pounds, he gave me exactly the missing amount without re-counting so he knew exactly what he did...
I went to the Euro Exchange and here for comparison. Here got the best rate and shortest queue... Amazing!

I have bought business class tickets with Kanoo, they do care about you until payment is done, after that you are on your own. My return flight was cancelled (Lufthansa on strike). I have always had bookings managed in such situation by agent as per normal process however Kanoo did nothing, their advice was to go to the airport as early in the morning as possible and try to change my booking with Lufthansa myself, or to buy new ticked from them and try to get refund from Lufthansa later on?! no help what so ever!!I have managed to re book my flights on the phone with Lufthansa myself in 15 minutes! do not buy any tickets with them, any other agent will help you and save you stressful situations.
