Staff are lovely and always helpful but despite have 8 counters there are never more than three staff. So as long as you have time to queue its great!
Appalling customer service, trying to fob me off with products that are more expensive than the one I had already pre price checked online and on the phone obviously trying to get extra sales to boost them but refusing even when I showed them on the phone. Always a queue yet it has over 6 counters and only ever 2 people on who cant be bothered with customers they just go there to have a chat between each other all shift. Either go to one if possible nearer to you or the main one off market street. Clearly need new staff here.....
They don't know what "sign for" means... And they only wanted to sell me a product which was 5x more expensive, even if I was showing them what i need on the royal mail website... Ridiculous. I have seen bad service from royal mail but this was over the top.
Sometimes the staff take a break from speaking to each other (in ther own language) and will get round to serving you. They have no issues with talking and joking with each other while you are just stood there waiting. Worst customer service in Manchester
What a great post office. There was quite a big line but they had enough staff to deal with it so moved very quickly.
