Had a note through my door from a member of public advising they had handed in my purse at lost property. Been calling and leaving messages for over a week and still had no response. Single mother and desperatley need it back! Even 101 think its a joke as they are the ones trying to put me through! I have even tried tweeting them all week to try and get some form of response. Again nothing even though they are posting there own tweets. Absolutely ridiculous! They will have something to say when I call 999 because the emergency is that I cannot feed my children! Joke, I understand they are busy but this is outrageous!

Ironic if they want speak to you they will do everything they can to get hold you. But if you want to speak to them, the process takes months and they still want to fob you off with an excuse. Beyond useless and very disorganised.
