John came out last minute to Didsbury when I called him about a leaking toilet pipe. The service he provided was excellent, as well as being extremely professional and friendly. He kept me fully informed about what the issue was and what he was doing, telling me as well if there were any extra costs. The toilet has been great ever since and I will be sure to use John again in the future.
We required a gas safety check following a visit from the National Grid, due to what we now understand to be a faulty carbon monoxide alarm. We called JB in the morning and were given a time for later on the same day. He arrived on time and was quickly able to reassure us that everything was okay. He even gave us a CO monitor as we have to wait 4 weeks for the housing association to replace ours. We cannot fault the service and would happily recommend to anyone.
John from JB Plumbing and Heating carried out a boiler service for me today. I've met with John once before where he did a diagnostics on an old boiler. On both occasions, I found John to be professional (detailed in the paperwork and quotations), thorough (from my layman's perspective), and helpful in explaining the necessary details of his work. He seems to care about his work and offering good customer service. Price is also important to me and I don't like to haggle. The price for the boiler service was higher than I may have liked but better in comparison to some others. Overall, I appreciated his level of service. I would recommend him. Thanks John.

What seemed like a simple job to replace timer on boiler turned into a more complicated one as replacement didnt work. John explained options available and I now have a fully programmable remote room thermostat. John was always on time and was very efficient. I would thoroughly recommend him.
