When I by chance stepped into their office, the reception girl was on the phone. I stood there for 10 minutes and she never even moved her eyes towards my direction. It takes them more than a week to give a quote. Then another week saying they ordered the parts. Then another week telling me they ordered something wrong, keep waiting! After more than three weeks of waiting and numerous times of phone calls and emails, they still cant come to repair my leaking sink. They are a complete waste of my time.

Excellent service from initial quote right through to installation. Boiler was installed in a day as promised and workmanship was second to none. Would highly recommend this company.

I've used The Manchester Heating & Plumbing Co a couple times now. Last year they fitted a new boiler in a rental property. They fitted it when they said they would and left the property clean and tidy.A year later the service and gas safety cert were due. All i had to do was ask them to contact my tenants to arrange a mutually convenient time to visit. They did the work yesterday. Today i received the certificate etc via email. The smoothest interaction ever.I would highly recommend them!

Just had a full central heating system installed into my new house. The install took 3 days and my property was left in an immaculate condition. The guy was very thorough and this installed us with confidence. Heat at last! I would definitely recommend these guy's .
