I have just had meniscus surgery on my knee, and with the help of full motion physio in Manchester, my knee is starting to feel so much better after only 3 weeks. As a competitive fighter I cant wait to get back fighting and with the help of full motion physio I have no doubt that itll be sooner rather than later.
Khuram is brilliant! He's done a fantastic job at helping me recover from a knee injury and always took his time to explain everything thoroughly and also willingly undertook extra admin for me when I asked for a special type of invoice under my employer's payment plan. I've gone from hobbling around a month ago to walking around with no problems or pain at all. Cannot recommend enough.
Really delighted with my progress following several treatments with Khuram for a sprained ankle. This was a reoccurring problem for me and it wasnt until I had treatment with Khuram, that I was able to heal efficiently. He also provided me with the tools to minimise and prevent any future damage. Highly recommended for anyone experiencing injury or pain through exercise.
Ive been treated by Khuram at full motion physio a few times for different reasons now and I have complete faith in his knowledge. My most recent visit was due to a car accident which left my entire back, shoulders and neck in a pretty painful way. 10 sessions later and I'm 90% back to my normal daily routines. Not only did khuram physically help me, he also taught me a lot about my body along the way. I now have exercises to do at home which are very effective and pushing me towards 100% recovery. One last thing this man is so respectful and professional, I couldn't recommend him enough!!
Khuram is absolutely brilliant. He's very friendly and puts you at ease straightaway. Everything he does is fully explained so you learn what is causing the problems and how everything affects your body. He tailors the treatment to suit you and the results can be seen - and felt - very quickly. Very knowledgeable and professional, I can't recommend him highly enough.
