Sarah is one of the best physios that I have ever seen; and I have seen a lot! She takes so much time to fully understand what the issue with, and doesnt just provide treatment but educates you on how to keep working on yourself at home to reduce pain. I would recommend her without hesitation whether you just have a niggle or something more serious. She is so conveniently located for any one living or working in Manchester.
I suffer from gout and unfortunately for me this had caused a problem to both my ankles which in turn caused me serious problems in terms of walking and standing. Through my company I was put through to HCML-Rehabilitation services who then directed me to Total Restore Physiotherapy, and let me say this with all the honesty; it was a blessing, I couldnt have found a better person and an amazing professional to help me get back on my feet. What can I say about Sarah? Well, pure and simple, she is an awesome professional, pure genius!Sarah is one of those rare professionals that actually care about each one of her patients, she is not one of those *professionals* that just wants to accumulate patients to show work; Sarah is 100% dedicated to her work, very knowledgeable and caring. My first appointment with Sarah at Total Restore was around February 2018; I could barely walk and was still using crutches. Week by week and with her guidance and advice I started an awesome journey in terms of recovery, she is totally focused and the exercises recommended by Sarah helped me to heal properly. And allow me to say, Sarah didnt just helped me physically, she went beyond and listened to me during our sessions. She listens to my problems and treated the injured areas with care and ensuring that for the next session I would follow the recommended exercises, I have improved not only on the outside but inside as well. I cant thank her enough for everything she has done. This afternoon as I entered the treatment room with a bit of sadness since was my last session, but left rested and extremely satisfied due to have had such an phenomenal professional that took the time to help me heal, and because of Sarah I feel better and improved human being. Sarah is a genius! I could barely walk this morning as I entered the treatment room and left feeling like a new person. She listens to your problems and treats the areas that are injured with care but ensuring you are repaired. Cannot recommend this lady enough.
I had a wonderful experience at Total Restore Physiotherapy. I work as a teacher and part time jewellery designer and artist, so a lot of my time I spend hunched over concentrating on small, detailed work. In the consultation prior to the massage I had I mentioned to Sarah about an ache I had in my neck and shoulders that had been bothering me and she worked wonders on getting my knots out. She recommended another session to help iron out some of the deeper knots I had and showed me some simple stretches and exercises I could do at home to help relieve the tension. Needless to say I feel 100% better than before and look forward to going back and trying a course of acupuncture too. The Total Restore Clinic is clean, warm and inviting and my only wish is that the session could have lasted longer!
I injured my leg whilst running and Total Restore were recommended to me by a friend.Sarah offers a professional service in the city centre which is focused on ensuring I received the best treatment. A mixture of acupuncture, massage and stretches were used as treatment and I am happy to say that I am up and running again - the results from the acupuncture were amazing!!I highly recommend Total Restore to anyone who has an injury, great service!
