Nice big open public park. Good place to walk your dog also has kids play zone . Also good for running around. Down side no real car parking and watch out if city are playing at home as it's permit parking only you need to be a resident parking pass. Asda is near by. Cycling velodrome close to park to.
We've walked here since our now 3year old dog was a puppy. Great space for dogs to get a good run. Friendly people and variety of paths to follow. We like the paths as we can walk any time and not need to change to Wellingtons.
I walk a client's dog here regularly. It's a nice park for the most part with children's play areas and a duck and goose pond. Sadly, there are some selfish slobs who litter the place with no regard to responsible people who understand what the purpose of bins are.
