Half the order was wrong, i got my food but girlfriend didn't. They claimed they couldn't refund it but could send a replacement dish out 4 hours later "when they have drivers again". Then they hung up on me, twice! Absolutely abysmal.
Lovely food . Halal Chinese . Chilli and garlic chicken was superb
hmm...chinese food cooked by indian chefs?? just saying a fact and not being racist or anything. they did a decent job but...not great
If I can give 0 stars, I would. All I ordered was chicken corn soup and they made an epic tale out of its delivery. The food might've been good, but it never got to me because of the unprofessional, incapable driver who first arrived at the wrong building, asked me to come down to get my own food, alleging there weren't any parking, then it turned out that he was at the wrong address and blamed me for HIS mistake. Then when he got to my building, he absolutely refused to get out of his car and do his delivery job. Finally, he drove away and I never got my food. UPDATE: I had to contact their unprofessional website chat provider three times about a refund. Fed up, I finally called the bank and issued a dispute claim. The money was back in my account in less than a day.
The foods are wonderful. And the portion is huge. Especially the rice and noodles. They are all tasty. Maybe its a little pricey but i honestly think it suits the food. Been here a few times. Great halal place. And delivery isnt so long.
