Wrong food delivered cold and over 1 hour late. Would NOT recommend
After placing an order at 1.20am I was still waiting for my food to be delivered at 3.36am at which point I gave up waiting and went to bed. I had a missed call from the deliver driver at 4am when I woke up that morning half my order had been left on the front doorstep. The restaurant have refused to give a refund, so would advise everyone not to waste their time ordering from such a company as they clearly lack customer service skills of any kind. Shambles of a food place needs closing down!!!
I would never recommend ordering from this place. I have to give you gives credit for the milkshakes- those were actually very tasty!But the delivery was 30 min late, the chips was cold and stale and evidently microwaved.The driver had a few deliveries in his car which proves that, in order to save money, the takeaway waits to put a few orders in the car, which causes delayed, cold food.It is also very overpriced for such bad quality.
Never got the food and they also charge me and they refuse to redound me and they also called me lier!!! Feel very sorry for them since was just 17.95 redound.....I ve being doing charity to them yesterday, hope they use my money in a good way and stop using drugs and start deliver the food since many reviews said the same!! DONT ORDER!!!!
Really should have read the reviews. Missing items from the order and poor customer service. Everything ordered tasted awful and little of it was eaten by anyone. They even managed to ruin ice cream with cookies! They tasted old with a disgustingly sweet sauce all over it.
