Rooms are comfortable, and the WiFi is fantastic. Stayed here 4 weeks in the past year. That said, housekeeping likes to skimp on the shower gel and shampoo. I usually need to visit reception once or twice per week.
I found this hotel overrated. My room was too warm in the dead of winter with the windows open and the supposed AC on full blast. The sink stopper was broken, causing water to linger in the basin. The TV was awkwardly placed away from the bed. All in all, not bad but not great either.
Beautiful hotel. Room had every amenity I could have wished for. Great value for money. Easy walking access to centre of Manchester. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly.
Decent sized room. Cleanliness well. But service on the poor side. I reserved 2 rooms - one for 4, and another for 3. To begin with, telephones in both rooms dont work. And we were only given two towels per room. And no shampoo and shower gel. I had to request for these items three times. Why do you have to make our stay memorable for all the wrong reasons?
From walking through the door and being greeted by wonderful staff, we were told we were guests of the day. We were upgraded, got discounts and chocolate. Lovely comfy huge bed, and everything we needed. Great stay.
