+ Everything was more than amazing, from the lobby, receptionist, room, breathtaking view from the room, over all exactly what to expect from Hilton and when you paying 208 per night for a room. The spa was amazing as well, steamy sauna and bubbly Jacuzzi. Positively surprised with the water temperature in the pool, well enough that i can enjoy it what is quite rare for me as i am super sensitive to cold, also glass window on the pool floor that looking to the reception lobby! Quite impressive, isn't it?All would be perfect and definitely would give 5 stars in my review, if there wasn't this little incident with security officer, who was bit rough and intolerant toward LGBT community.First he didn't want to explain the other rout to get to sky bar, as the one we was going was apparently closed. Then on the end made such a awful comment, that i will not be allowed to go into bar dressed as i was. I believe he was applying on fact that i am guy wearing girlish clothing what can be seen on the pictures. Of course there wasn't any problem and bar stuff was more then nice, and welcoming , and kind, and spoil me completely. Was a bit more troubles with same security the same night but no more that bad manners.- So overall impression was very good, and we didn't let this incident to ruin our stay, but still such shame that luxury hotel such a Hilton tolerate this kind of behavior.
Great location. Amazing food. Excellent service from staff. A very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend!
Went in cloud 23. Pretty empty inside. Table service from the bar. I put my order in for a bottle of beer. I could see the bar from where I was. Bottle was places on the bar pretty quickly but I had to wait around 5 mins for the waitress to bring over. She also brought a glass with it which looked like it had just been pulled from the sink. Dropping wet. Not what I expected from a prestigious hotel. Needs she work in there.
Great staff great rooms. In a perfect place with many nice bars and places to eat. Stayed many times over the last year and always got the same great service.
Only went for the Wellness Centre. Is nice and relaxing. Glad it wasn't busy as isn't too big. Not sure it's worth a full 10. But if you stay a while and use the gym you'll get value for money. Or staying at the hotel.
