I love this hotel. It used to be an old cotton mill which you can tell by the levy's in front of the hotel in the creeks as well as the interiors modern industrial vibe. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very nice and clean. It is within walking distance as well to most major attractions in Manchester as well as great restaurants around as well.
Great place, great food and a lovely room. But our room (402) was next to some sort of boiler or pump room We thought it was the heating when we arrived but as we returned later it did not go off with the heating. Really felt like the whole room was vibrating and even putting our heads on the pillow amplified the noise. Would stay again but for sure never in 402.
Made use of the conference facilities Also had meals and coffee/ tea over two days. Nothing to fault. Especially kind and cheery staff.

Shopping 5 minute walk to centre HotelGreat character, lovely bar area and fantastic breakfast and if you book room.only it's only 10 Staff always friendly Rooms really nice with old wood ceilings and brick walls very contemporary use of old canal warehouse
Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Very very quiet. Convenient location, close to the town centre, the high street and most businesses I.e. Crown Court. Nice bar and restaurant. Overall Recommended. Only thing that was lacking was breakfast.
