When we first arrived our table was not ready so we were seated upstairs in the bar for 15 minutes to wait. I feel like this was a bit of a ploy to make you spend more money. The decor in the restaurant was very nice. The afternoon tea was nice but I don't feel like it had the wow factor. I felt very rushed towards the end of our food (I understand you have the table for 2 hours but we were made to wait for 15 minutes upstairs so had not had our full 2 hours by this point) again being asked if we'd like to go to the bar. I was expecting alot more from this place and I'm not sure that I would be rushing to go back again
Had afternoon tea last weekend for a friend's birthday. The food was fabulous and the staff were amazing. Looked after us really well. Would love to stay here. Loved the decor too.
This hotel is outstanding... we make regular visits and always get a 5 star service. The staff are also incredible and will do anything to help. The rooms are immaculate and always spotless and luxurious. Whenever we arrive here we have nothing but great service from start to finish. Weve travelled many places around the world and this hotel is in our top 5. Front office manager Kostadin always gives us the best service and smile possible.
Strong cost performance. The room is spacious and comfortable - with a special mention to the shower which is amazing in design and ease of use. The hotel is also super well located; the staff very kind and welcoming. Overall it's a home run.
Attended a private business function here. Beautiful place. The theme feels really authentic. Staff and general service was great. I didn't stay at the venue so can't pass comment on the rooms. But would highly recommend.
