MCC are Bus Lane Pirates. No clear signage to indicate that you may be 'directed' into a bus lane. . . .and then they fine you ! Awful contact options to discuss any of this and you are forced to pay to avoid further threats of prosecution. If they put as much time and money into improving road signage as they do on prosecuting their own residents, then things would run much smoother.

Irresponsible, obnoxious ans love to waste people's time. The system has failed but the public bears the brunt. The only way I came to know about my fine was through a 90 Pounds Order of recovery.I was asked to send a mail but the Council replied with even a bigger fine. I had to get a statutory declaration signed which costs more money and time. These people are racketeers, do not do their job but the public is punished for their lack of duty.

The Internal Audit Group of employees are a group of tyrants which cover each others backs and that fail to adhere to the Equality Objectives and policies and treating Black and Ethic Minorities Groups in a discriminatory manner both direct discrimination and indirect discrimination.The name of these employees are Helen Smith, Christopher Radford, Kathryn Fyfe and the breaches of Equality Legislation and the Equality Objectives are also committed by Tim Powell and Lucy Knight, Barbara Gora, Dawn Sweetman and EJ Tracey. The action by these individuals are akin to that of a police stop and search policy of black people purely because they are black. These individuals specifically target black and ethnic minorities from poor backgrounds. They make assumptions that these individuals have committed criminal offences and target these individuals because of their ethnicity they make false allegations about these black and ethnic minorities and use underhand practices and dirty tactics. If these individuals complain they deliberately have a policy not to uphold their complaints. The decisions made by these individuals are bias and illegal. They further unlawfully then pursue private prosecutions using tax payers money if these individuals have complained about them, this shows they are bias and act as judge jury and executioner and carryout bias decision making and perpetuate their self-interests and act in conflict to of duties. Their is no independence in the decision making, such as a separate entity akin to the CPS to make a decision to prosecute or not. The actions of this department leads to fundamental miscarriages of justice. This department have poor record keeping, fail to follow procedure and the law, they have poor communication and maladministration , the department provides misleading information and fail to properly and fairly investigate matters.
