I was contacted by the csa 2 years ago. To say they had found my son's dad. Oh my son is 24yrs old. For the first year I received the payments on time. But for the past year I have had nothing but serious issue's. My case is closed so I have to spend 15mins explaining this every time I call. And still nobody knows what's going on. The manual payments team can not be contacted so they have to email.them to ask where my payment has gone. They receive the payment on the 29th of each month and every month I have to ring to chase them. This is because they keep paying the money into the wrong bank account where I have to wait at least 2 weeks to get the money. But this only because I call them. I have also had to wait 5months as they claimed to have mislaided the money. To be honest I think there is a THIEF in this department as this excuse is wearing thin now. The csa is a disgrace it is run by a bunch of lying, deceitful people who are totally incompetent. Anyone can except a couple of times but for 8 months is a joke. They don't give you their full name probably because no body has the decency to call you back. I will be informing my MP the papers and the police and I will be giving them the times and dates along with peoples name that I have spoken to. As they are all part of deception and I will ensure they are held accountable. I pay these people's wages and I know people have been sacked for less.
