As an act of kindness the store offered to replace my leather watch strap within the week even though it wasnt in warranty. They were really helpful and kind I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
Amazing service. We had enquired many times regarding our engagement and wedding rings and their excellent and patient service meant we got what we truly wanted with no compromise. The quality of the design and service was brilliant and even got some bubbly to celebrate in store! The pricing we felt was very competitive to other pieces we'd seen online but to buy this sort of thing we wanted to do it in the store and know we were getting what we wanted. The rings were made really quickly and exactly what we had discussed and we would most definitely recommend them to anyone. Think we will be back soon as we saw some pretty nice jewellery too!
