Pandora staff are usually very helpful and friendly unfortunately this was not the case at Arndale Pandora. My wife went in to have some jewellery cleaned but the staff felt put out by this even though the store was empty . On returning to pick up the bracelet the staff were completely interested and the charms were put back totally in the wrong order, thrown back in any old way! Lazy and uncaring service.
Went here for a gift. Quite overwhelming but I think it is the nature of the Pandora stores. Staff helpful and cheerful.
Really disappointed. Rubbish manager in the store treat customers like trash. Will never come back!

I walked into the store today with my friend as she wanted to buy a new ring, my partner was walking a bit behind us and she noticed two girls rolling their eyes at me because I was wearing a tracksuit. I'm sorry but that is awful never Judge a book by its cover, me and my friend ended up walking out not buying anything. I'll never buy anything from that store again horrible disgusting rude staff stuck up little girls!
