What a waste of time. I been given their email by Skiddle in order to make a refund claim. Ive emailed and asked how do I need to make a claim. Been advised to provide supporting documents, copy of tickets etc. Sent everything to the same email. Haven't heard for all month. Have a call, they can't find anything, however someone has replied back to the email asking for same info. I had to resend again. Been advised everything is submitted to the insurance company and I will be advised within 5 working days. Today on 31/01/2019 is 7th day and still nothing. Asked for an update 2 days ago but no one has replied.Can't describe how frustrating dealing with them is.Avoid!

Bought x2 tickets for 43 (including the refund package.) Tried sorting this 2 weeks ago and have been ignored with no return call! Called and waited all day yesterday - ignored again. Called today at 9:30am and didnt get a call back until 3:30pm. Anyway, since I cannot go due to a bereavement Im expected to ask for a death certificate to get my money back!? This is absolutely shocking. I wont be using vista or anyone who deals with them. Your people skills are as vile as your policy - I paid for a refund and waited over 2 weeks for this. So basically youve just taken my money! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!Thanks a lot
