Really happy with the result! Had my hair done by Rebecca. She did a fantastic job. She took the time to find out what I really wanted, and checked that the length was right. I was offered a drink and given two biscuits, which is the first time I've been offered biscuits at a salon! Rebecca was professional, friendly, and efficient, and really put me at ease. Also, everyone seemed to be really happy, and it was generally a good atmosphere.This meant a lot, after having had a pretty awful day!Definitely will be coming back again!
Booked online with online offer. Once i arrived I was told that the person I had booked with was not qualified for my haircut and another stylist would be required at a significant higher price. After waiting for 10mins told again that the new stylist was unavailable. Poor system and wasted trip! If their haircuts are anything like their booking system I would not recommend.
Booked an appointment online, their products and the choice of choosing different levels of expertise seemed brill. Looked v. Professional. I was greeted, had my hair washed and finally cut by 3 different, all not too very welcoming staff. Got seen quickly as a quiet day, offered drinks and magazines. However not one staff member smiling, joking or looked happy to be there. Was asked if i wanted to book another appointment at a discounted rate for my next hair cut, politely declined as I felt under appreciated. Wasn't given much advice on my type of hair and products I could use on it, how to maintain its health or types of styles to do with my new cut when i repeatedly questioned the stylist. Was asked very blunt questions by the lady washing my hair, she obviously was told to ask these questions to get clients to feel at ease but very blunt attitude, never smiled and soon walked off and left me for around half hour for the conditioning agent to sit on my hair. Very bored wait. Very poor customer service. Felt like a quick, get the customer in and straight back out place. Nice hair cut, alright priced for the city centre. Lacked enthusiasm on a whole for customer service as well as enthusiasm of the job-no passion shown.
They most definitely go by their name! I was in and out in less than 30 for a cut and blow dry, including an "upgrade" for a hair masque. Staff were polite though
Absolutely lovely place to get your hair cut - I normally hate my hair for at least two weeks after cuts anywhere else but since coming here Im happy with it every time. Nicholas is my favourite (super talented and really friendly) but all the other staff seem lovely too - highly recommend!
