Absolutely disgusting service. Didn't have my grandad ready when they said they would and got the books wrong on the day of the funeral and suggested using TipEx to get rid of my grandads name. Also took fingerprints in November and December and said we would receive them the following week now on the 25/01/18 after endless time and phone calls we have received them absolutely awful. All they do is mess you about.
