The flowers my mum received were absolutely beautiful. David is so creative. I would definitely recommend David for the quality of the bouquet and wonderful service he provides to anyone. Can't thank him enough.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FLOWERS NOT FRESH!!!! Extremely bad customer service and David himself is very rude!! Ordered an Everyday Bouquet which I received a few days late and it was nothing like the one I ordered online and definitely not worth the money I paid!!! The flowers were completely different to the picture online and had only half the number of roses and flowers! They flowers were not fresh and a complete waste of money! David failed to return my calls and messages. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE GIVEN, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!
Unreliable and very unprofessional. My order was never sent and I did not even receive a call informing me that they were not gonna reach. I had to call days after the occasion and I was told that I could either get a full refund or have them sent from another branch. I asked to get them sent even though it was a few days late and that was not even done. I called in once again and I was informed that the person in charge was in Bali and that he would call and that too did not happen. I sent in two emails and they never answered. I finally got a hold of them over three weeks after the order date. So disappointing.
