The staff at this shop are friendly and helpful, I cannot recommend them highly enough! And if that isn't enough, there are spectacular bargains to be found! But don't tell anyone else, it's one of my regular haunts!
I have used this outlet for years its still good but not as many bargains and a distinct lack of biscuits and a lot of really old stock

Good variety of clothes. Good offers but be aware that these clothes are specially made for the outlet stores and do the quality might differ from the ones you see on the high Street M&S store. The staff are helpful, it is not crowded and no queue for using the changing rooms. If you are looking for a bargain then this is the place to look.
I worked in retail for 22 years, so I know what "great service" is!My wife and I recently visited the Urban Exchange store to collect an order which we thought would be there, after ordering almost a week prior to our Manchester visit. The parcel was not there and so we asked a very apologetic young lady " what can we do now, we can't get back to Manchester for some time?"The lady went off to get the manager, Carl. He said that quite simply he would forward them on to us when they came in.We were delighted by this service and offered to pay the postage, but Carl was very polite and insisted there was no need.We were so pleased to receive the parcel at our home address within two days, FANTASTIC!Excellent service from two really lovely and professional retailers. Just would like to say thanks to Carl and the lady who helped us initially for truly "delighting your customers"
