In professional manager Rude un kind people
Good but didn't have product
Very unprofessional Manager called Kevin , I've been dealing with Argos for so many years I can't believe the kind of service from this rude manager. I returned an item (TV stand) which is smaller to my 50 inches Samsung tv. The item was rejected simply because of finger print on the glass which can be easily clean up. The so called duty manager refused to collect the item and even advised me to go and sell it online, what an insult!. I can see a review which also complained about this same manager. He needs to be replaced by a competent and more experienced manager.
Great stuff at affordable prices
Extremely busy and seriously understaffed! It took over half an hour to pay for and collect an item. Unacceptable! Previously a much better experience not this time round!
