I've stopped going here after being a patient for ten years. No issue with the dentistry but their time keeping has gone downhill recently, several 20 minute waits and last time I was expected to wait 40 minutes beyond my appointment time. I understand things can go wrong but no excuse for not at least letting me know theres going to be a delay. Receptionist was unapologetic. They make it quite clear that if you miss or are late for an appointment you will be charged, they should practise what they preach.
This is the singles best practice I have dealt with out of 4 in Manchester.They are accommodating, look after you and provide a tailored approach to your dental health.I had Claire and Nat looking after me through the NHS and they have been amazing every step of the way. Lawrence was the man who dealt with my private consultation and was so comprehensive with the explanation of my surgery through himself and it made me feel so comfortable moving forward.Very happy with the practice.
Friendly staff, and good location.However, v expensive as dentists go, unreliable (appointment was cancelled and postponed three times in a row). Appointments felt rushed, little help is given when you have an issue (I noticed only the pricier options where given to me, I had to request cheaper options), was told I was being referred to a hospital for a deep cut in my gum, turns out they had forgotten to do this...Avoid this practice if you can.
My Dentist and his team at City Centre Dental are the best! The treatments and service I have had to date have been impressive. They have been absolutely fantastic with me. I was a nervous patient but not so much anymore. They have all been professional patient and kind at all times. I appreciate private treatment isn't cheap but the charges to date have been worth it because my smile is getting a little wider each time. Highly recommend this practice.
Always excellent service from them. This last visit was no exception. Had a filling drop out just before I was due to go on holiday. Filling replaced with expertise, care and humour. Holiday saved!
