I have been coming to this dentist for years and i could not disagree more with some reviews on here. I was in then pratice last week when they had an emergency situation and the professionalism of the staff there was outstanding. They were calm and knew exactly what to do. I have been seeing Jonathan and Kate and they are so lovely along with all the staff.
This practice is appalling. The manager does not know what she is doing, and is rude to her staff. As a patient, I would expect professionalism, especially off the blonde haired manager. She gives death stares to her reception staff even if they giggle, which quite frankly makes me feel better as it shows they enjoy their work. They look miserable and I can now see why. THEIR MANAGER. Get a new manager, get rid. Zero stars.
I had such a great experience with my dentist she was super friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I visited for a wisdom tooth removal which other practices said would be to difficult to do and I may need to visit a hospital. Thankfully I looked up Bupa and they were able to take my tooth out the next day it was totally worth it. I plan to continue all my dental visits here this place is amazing and great staff.
Best dentist I've ever been to, I was nervous because of previous experiences. Every member of staff here is friendly, professional and helpful.
I visited this practice a few times over the last few months and seen both Ioana and Lindsay. i was quite nervous going into a new dental practice but the girls on reception put me at ease straight away with their friendly and welcoming manner. Ioana is a great dentist for nervous patients. she is patient and listens to any concerns. Lindsay my hygienist provided great tips on how to care for my teeth and gums in between visits and advised me on the best products to buy.
