Decent work in the end - very happy with the result and i got it back a day earlier than expected - not cheap but its a dealer branch so no surprises there - only 4/5 since they weren't great on comms at first - got much better after that though.
It took 4 weeks between them and my insurance company (Allianz) to arrange for my car to even be assessed. A week or so later it eventually went in to be fixed but they didn't start work on it for another 2 weeks. I would avoid in future.
Avoid this body shop!! Terrible customer service is an understatement. My car went in to get some paintwork done which was arranged by my insurance company. When I went to collect my vehicle they'd damaged it more so than when it went in for repair. The damage caused was seperate to the damage they repaired. When I pointed it out to them they said they'd sort it for me at a later date as a "good will" gesture which I found highly offensive. My vehicle was damaged in their care and they'd be repairing it as a "good will" gesture - absolute joke and shows just how unprofessional this garage is. I reported this issue to my insurance company as the works were being done on their behalf and they advised me they have had several complaints about this garage from customers previously and this wasn't an isolated incidence. Also I was advised my original repairs would only take 2/3 days and my car was with them for 2 weeks - I had to chase them from updates on my repairs constantly to which I never got a straight answer. Simply put .. this is a shockingly bad body shop - staff are unprofessional, lack knowledge and are rude. If you want your car returning to you in a worse state than it went in and aren't fussed about being without it for weeks on end then this is the garage for you!
Fixed my car up good if a bit on the slow side. Great service none the less!
Very poor customer service. Waste of time. Waiting for a quote for work for a week. No responses to my emails, no one ever picks up calls there. Will not consider to buy BMW again. Comparing to excellent Audi customer service, BMW has a lot to learn....
