My van broke down and AA brought it there and starter motor was gone and they diagnosed and told me same problems what AA told me they quoted me really good price and told them to do it within 3 hours I was told the van is ready and was back on the road would recommend to anyone this garage very polite and provided me with courtesy car while they were repairing my van thanks to Gallagher him self who arranged for all the service provided would definitely bring all my fleet to you thanks
A really quick and professional service with very competitive prices. It's the first time I took my car here for a service and it was done within a couple of hours. They are open on Saturdays which is so handy for those that can't get there in the week! I also had an issue with my wing mirror because someone had broken it off. They advised me to look on eBay or other scrap yard places and that if I found a second hand one they would fit it on for free for me! I don't know another garage that would do that :) I then recommended them to my boyfriend who went for his service the week after mine and found them to be really polite, efficient and competitively priced. Very slow service. One of the guys here is very rude. Owner is good and polite and understands how to run a business.
Had a tail light emergency where I needed to drive in the dark tomorrow and both my rear ones were not coming on. I was so happy they could squeeze me in and sort out the problem, lovely staff and pricing is really good! I live four hours away so them fitting me in when they were clearly busy today was amazing. Thank you!!
One of the mechanics (Chris) took care of my Audi which unfortunately was just a bad car. Previous owner had seriously neglected it and my ex bought the car without getting a mechanic. Chris was good on getting the car fixed to pass MOT, sort out the EGR Valve BUT when I did have the thermostat issue which Chris was waiting on a part for, another mechanic was supposed to do the job. Then said mechanic couldn't be bother but after being pressured ended up breaking the dipstick and failed to show up on Monday to finish the job. It was then sorted out on Tuesday (it was there from the previous Thursday). Besides the delays and a broken dipstick, the service was pretty good and decent value.
