We had hot chocolate in winter day before Museum, we used one of syrups standing next to sugar And spoons and someone from staff came and said we cant use them and being really strange about this. Hint : maybe if you dont want people to use them dont put them next to free sugar or put little sticker saying you cant use them.We would pay extra for them if we knew , we even offer to do it but girl in the end said no, well because of this situation we didnt feel welcome and left museum.
Good selection of snacks, tasty cofee and friendly staff thanks for looking after us
Nice cup of coffee and a tasty cake in comfortable surroundings next to the museum shop.
Museum well worth a visit. My donation? A roll & a brew in this cafe :)
The cafe is attached to the Museum of Science and Industry and is located just next to the entrance, adjacent to the museum store. It is spacious and nicely decorated in an industrial theme. There are cosy sofas, high chairs and regular chairs. There's a pseudo outdoor area; it catches most of the sun but is still sheltered from wind and rain. However, the selection of sandwiches and drinks is somewhat unexciting and rather expensive which is a shame because I could easily use this place to come to read or do some work. That said, the passion fruit cake that I had was pretty good!
