An interesting gallery with good descriptions against each of the exhibits. And an excellent cafe! It's just a pity that the guy on the information desk hadn't time to help.

Smaller than expected but a great range of items on display in an amazing building. The original Banksy is a little underwhelming and seems out of place where it is but it's nice to see a real one. Lots of portraits which isn't really my thing but nestled amongst these are some fantastic landscapes. Ultimately it's a free gallery and for that I'm incredibly incredibly thankful it exists.

I've been here couple of times now and every time I had a very good experience. Free entrance but you can make a donation Beautiful expositions for adults and children, a special place for children to express their imagination. A very nice cafe and great gift shop, a bit expensive.

We just went in for a lunch. We had a gorgeous carrot salad. Would definitely go there again. Not too expensive. Good to be able to eat healthy food. Visiting the gallery is for another day.

This gallery is a must see. It contains a diverse collection, all well presented. The staff attitudes are welcoming. There are plenty of places to sit (galleries without ample seating are thoughtless and unwelcoming). There is a cafe and plenty of very well maintained toilets. You can spend a lot of time here!I highly recommend the free guided tour. The guide we had did an excellent job. It lasted for one hour and showcased a number of works on a particular theme chosen by the guide. This is a very good way to set up tours by volunteer guides since allowing them to choose their own theme and works to support it tends to mean they speak with knowledge and personal interest, making it that much more interesting. When we visited, the gallery was giving away free prints of various works. These high-quality prints proved very popular I noticed. This was not only very generous, it is a very clever way to expand the reach of the gallery, exposing more people to art and hopefully encouraging a greater interest in the gallery.
