Clean and bright and serves its purpose
Toilets are disgraceful. Tried to use the disabled toilet and it was covered in poo and rubbish. Then paid the 30p to use the other toilets and they where the same.

Visited today, myself, o/h and two children...could not have asked for better service. We were helped by two staff - one of whom I think I remember was called Martin (unfortunately didn't get a name for the lady) but honestly could not have asked for more, really nice friendly people who really went above and beyond to ensure a smooth trouble free journey for us. Was a clean, safe feeling environment with excellent staff.
This isn't a bad coach station, there's lots of staff around if you need help and many departure/arrival boards around which are useful for finding your coach. It's also quite a small station, so it's not like you could get lost. However, there are many people constantly going through here that makes it quite loud and the seats aren't that comfortable. I've never been to the cafe, but I know it's pretty expensive, as are the vending machines. Plus, you have to pay for the toilets which I dislike.
