shocking service stood there waiting for assistance regarding a medication purchase. no one bothered to ask me if i needed any help while i was stood there for 10 minutes plus while a customer before me was being served. this while there was 4 staff behind the counter.the customer before me is served and leaves,the staff carry on to ignore me and still noone bothers to ask me if i need any help. a moment or two later a new customer comes in and a member of staff immediately approaches them and begins serving them. i make my way to the door looking over at a member of staff stood there behind the counter,she had this gormless look on her face somewhere between embarrassment and bemusement but she still didnt have the gumption to ask me if i needed any help.disgusting treatment.

Very kind and extremely cheerful and friendly staff too!! always smiling and wanting to help nothings any trouble.And if they can't get the item that day a day too later they have it .. Also they do a reminder phone call too which is very nice too .. Thank you everyone .
