Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Animals are well taken care of and given sufficient enrichment. Never had a problem with any of the fish (unlike some chain pet shops...)
Amazing staff who are super knowledgeable. More than happy to let you handle prospective pets which I think is amazing. I spoke to a young guy and a lady who was handling the snakes and they were fantastic. No doubt where I'll be purchasing any new pets from.
Such an amazing variety of animals and the staff are so helpful and full of knowledge. The aquarium section is beautifully kept and maintained. I will definitely be coming here again soon
Excellent shop with oodles of different exotic animals and fish. Snakes, lizards, big and small spiders, cama chameleons, piranhas, parrots, rabbits, gerbils, turtle's, tortoises, centipedes, goldfish, the list goes on. They also have an array of tanks and different feeds. My lad bought some new ornaments for his fish tank at reasonable prices. The staff were nice and let him have a hold of a snake and a good look at the turtles. Some fella was buying a tarantula when we left....scary stuff.
If you like reptiles, this is a good place to go. You can buy all sorts of reptiles and amphibians, from snakes to geckos, from frogs to axolotls. You can also find fish here downstairs. At the back, they have rabbits and Guinea pigs, and assorted birds and rodents. You can find food for the pets here and they also have excellent advice for you to help. If you ever go away, you can leave your reptile with them for a small fee of around 3 a day (I think, you will have to check with the shop). I have used this shop many times in the past and they are excellent. The hotel keeps the reptiles well fed and friendly by regular holding.
