Very disappointing visit. The popcorn was disgusting to the point that we didn't even bother eating it. Beer in a plastic cup, although came from a bottle. When we made it to our VIP seats we had paid extra for they hadn't been cleaned and had lots of rubbish in the cup holders. The seats themselves were very uncomfortable too. 30 minutes of ads and trailers is far too much too. We then had to endure people talking all through the film, people on calls in the middle of the film and constant phone light around the cinema causing distraction. Why was there no security in the room? There was a time people like this would have been kicked out! Won't be returning.
Its a great place to go and spend some nice time with family or friends. Its good value for money and has a good variety of movies. Its clean and the staff are helpful.
Lots of paid parking available nearby. Friendly staff and a great experience. Food options on all floors. Nice clean seating areas. Audio visual experience is great.
On the 21st Dec 2018 I went there with my family for an night show. That was my first experience in UK cinemas, as I'm new to UK. From my experience I can say that I've seen better cinemas, in term of VIP seats and screen resolution. I think audio can be improved as well. The ticket is really cheap but the the food and beverage is expensive. I'll give another chance to this cinema, to see if other screens are better than screen 20.
It's not a bad cinema. Screens need a bit of an update. A lot cheaper now since it's changed from odeon.really good IMAX screen with incredible sound. Food and drink is where they make the money although queues for these have always been an incredibly long wait, so if you want food give yourself plenty of time. Toilets always clean. Staff always good
