We had a problem with a lock for a double-glazed window, where the lock would turn but the handle was frozen shut. The guy arrived exactly when he said he would, and before long had fixed the problem. He had a friendly manner, and gave us some useful advice on how to prevent similar problems in future. I would definitely use again.
