Nightmare!!! Ordered towels from LA Towels: the ones delivered were not as ordered and were dreadful quality, really cheap and nasty, with seams not properly done. Returned via the return label and - no refund. Rang and emailed a month later, was told yes, they'd had the towels back and tried to process the refund but it 'bounced back'. Yeah: right. But they didn't try to refund again (or let me know) till I rang a third time. They then put through a partial refund: 8 (16%) short of what I paid. Again, no contact or explanation why. I've finally raised this as a dispute with Paypal (guest payment). 42 days after returning the crappy towels, no towels and still not got all my money back. Obviously, I'll never buy from this awful company again.
