They offer the service of collection point but then it seems that they are not willing to collaborate. My package arrived about 5 days ago but they did not send any notice to me to pick it up. I contacted the company that provides the service (Parcelly) and they confirmed that my package had arrived, but nobody told me (Quadrant convenience store error) When I went to pick it up, the owner did not want to give it to me because his app did not work and he needed to scan the code, It was very unpleasant and rude. I will not use this collection point again. If this service is offered, the client should be treated correctly.
