I had two fleeces that needed repair, I received them back yesterday, one new zip the other pocket repair and new zip, theyve both been worn a lot, one is 10 the other 8 years old. Im so impressed with the quality of the repairs. I took them into the Manchester shop, the staff were really helpful and friendly, not to mention the eco friendly repair and new breathe into my old fleeces. Ive bought Patagonia clothes for years, but finding out that they can be repaired for free and used for many more years will mean Ill make Patagonia my outdoor clothing of choice.
Great shop and really helpful staff. Recently bought a jacket and managed to rip a small hole in the lining. Took into the shop and they did a great job repairing it and made me a coffee while I waited.
Very nice store with friendly, none pushy staff. Very good quality products here that are ethically made. Chances are you may find slightly better prices on other 3rd party websites than you would in this store, but you're paying for the experience of trained staff and being able to try procuts on and seeing them in person
The staff here are brilliant.My elderly Mum fell over outside the store on Friday evening and the staff took her in and looked after her until I got there, giving her an ice ,pack for her egghead! Thanks so much guys. And by the way, she's fine, just angry with herself....Gillian Hill
